When our life circumstances frustrate us we have a tendency to get angry defensive and blame others. We also have a false belief that if we act on these emotions then we will solve our problems. The BEST way to solve your problems (or realize that there was never a problem to begin with) is to learn how to control your emotions. In this video I talk about how I have struggled with my own emotions especially when I am interacting with my friend. I share with you 3 KEY STEPS to help you move your brain from an emotional state to a logical one ultimately showing you how to control your emotions. It is important to take a step back and let our emotions sit instead of getting absorbed by them. If we give our body and mind a chance to recuperate then our negative emotions will quickly pass. When we see our problem out of a logical state we will be able to act on it rationally avoiding unnecessary arguments and deep drops in our mood.
