What is a Lightworker? From Spiritual Tips for Enlightenment Lightworkers are people that work with source energy also known as Divine Essence. They come in all kinds of shapes and sizes from your doctor your best friend or even a person on the street who just says hello. Lightworkers dont have to set up shop and call themselves lightworkers they work mostly in the background – that friend you phone when youre in trouble who always knows how to make you feel better; a child who feels so good to hug; the guy on the street who collects the bins with a smile in his heart wishing everyone he passes peace. Lightworker souls connect with other peoples souls and lift the energy from heavy and slow to fast and light. Lightworkers process heavy energy and make space for the light and fast stuff to come in. Most lightworkers do not even know they are lightworkers because a lot of this work does not involve the brain! Many of them do not know how to look after themselves in the work because of this. When you process someone elses heavy and slow energy it can get locked into your own energy field and weigh you down so you need to be aware that this happens and then consciously clear it so it doesnt affect you.
